Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. All items are shipped with Standard UPS/FedEx shipping and will arrive in 3-5 business days
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it if the product has been damaged upon reciept. Picture proof of the damaged product must be submitted to our contact us page here. If the product was ordered and is no longer wanted, please fill out the contact us form here to arrange the return. In this case, the customer will be 100% responsible for paying the return shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
